County Durham Central Heating Power Flushing use a low pressure, high velocity, high volume power flushing pump.We also add specialist chemicals to loosen and remove any deposits from the inside of your central heating system then the power flush washes them out. Whichever chemicals we use to clean or descale your central heating will be chosen after looking at your i system.The power flushing pump has a built in instantaneous flow reversal feature which makes the process more thorough.Your heating system will be thouroughly cleaned pipes, radiators and the boiler. Once we are happy the system has had the corrosion, sludge and other debris removed we will refill with clean water and add a corrosion inhibitor .
We generally allow 1 day for the job but it totally depends on the type of heating system you have installed and the number of radiators but we generally have everything as good as new within the day.
Can a Power Flush damage my system?
Having your central heating sytem power flushed will not damage it but on rare occasions flushing away the deposits may expose tiny leaks which had previously been blocked by the sludge and deposits.
I am sure you would agree it would be prefferable to find a leak whilst you have a trained plumber from County Durham central heating power flushing in your home than arriving back one day to find your house flooded.
